Entlang der Grenzline ins Valle Carnino. Über den Passo del Lagre nach Upega. Über die Colleta Salse nach Monesi di Triora.

Wir folgen dm Weg hinunter ins Vlle Carnino bis zu der nsiedlung Carnino. WIr queren den Bach und steigen auf zum Passo del Lagaré. Ein schöner aussichtsreicher Abstieg folgt hinunter ins Valle d´Upega und nach Upega. Mit dem Valle dÚpega sind wir nun in den Ligurischen Alpen angekommen.

Durch schöne Wälder wIeder hinauf zum Colletta Salse und über die Weiler Margheria Binda kommen wir nach Piaggia und Monesi di Triora.
