Diese Etappe orientiert sich nicht an der Wegführung des GTA. Um etwas Wegstrecke einzusparen auf dem Weg ans Mittelmeer wählen wir den Abstieg hinunter nach Etracque und besuchen noch den dort eingerichteten Wolfspark.

Nach dem Wolfspark führt ein schmaler Saumpfad hinunter zum Bach und abseits der Straße nach Entracque. Durch das Dorf auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite vom Stausee Lago della Pistra führt der Waldweg durch das Vallone del Bousset hinauf nach Trinita.
