Vom Rifugio Gardetta folgen wir der Militärstraße nach Osten und folgen dem Wegzeichen zum Colle di Salas Blancias. Eine wunderbares Panaorama mit dem Monviso erwarte uns. Am Colle di Salas Blancias 2454 m nehmen die die Militärstraße nach Moriglino San Lorenzo hinunter ins Valle Stura und weiter nach Sambuco.
