This 48km mountain bike circuit introduces you to the beautiful region of Crans-Montana. Physically and technically demanding, the tour offers a vast variety of surprises: forests, bisses (irrigation channels), pastures, pine woods, vineyards, villages, lakes and more than one museum on the way. The itinerary offers a very nice mix of landscapes.

Lac Moubra

Turn-by-turn directions

Departure is at Lake Moubra, then the route takes you towards Arnouva, along the Grenon and Chermignon lakes. The tour continues to Marolires and then to Courtavey. Next, you will arrive at Ploumachit and then at Colombire, with its alpage museum, and, further along the "bisse du Tsittorent" at the Alpage du Scex. An impressive Alpine panorama, a relaxing atmosphere and the many typical restaurants will offer you unforgettable moments. Before heading down, you still have the last effort up to reach Tièche. There you will have to cross a little bridge before heading down for about 15km through Cordona, Planige, Venthône, Tovachir until Chermignon-d'en-Bas. You will then arrive in Lens, a very nice village. Here you can visit the Fondation Pierre Arnaud art museum and the Grand-Lens historical museum. The return to Crans-Montana is via the upper reaches of Icogne, the most westerly village in Crans-Montana, or you can pass through Chermignon-d'en-Haut. From the "mayens", the uphill climb to the resort requires quite some effort before returning to the start point at Lake Moubra. You can rest at Lake Moubra on the beach or choose one of the various activities offered there.
