De Sellrainer Berge vormen het noordelijkste deel van de Stubaier Alpen. Grote gletsjers zul je er niet aantreffen, maar wel rust, knusse hutten én uitdagingen voor de ervaren bergwandelaar met een uitstekende conditie. Vanaf de pasovergangen zijn een aantal topjes van (bijna) 3000 meter met licht klauterwerk te bereiken. De koninginnetocht gaat over de gletsjer naar de imposante Breite Grieskogel. Vroeg in het seizoen zullen we ook nog steile sneeuwvelden tegenkomen.

Per auto

Via München – Innsbruck richting Landeck. Je neemt de afslag Sellrain. Je volgt de borden richting Sellrain, Gries naar Kühtai.

Bij de Dortmunder Hütte kan men de auto parkeren; indien vol dan is er in Küthai ruimre genoeg.
