Domhütte SAC
The Dom Hut is located at 2â940 metres above sea level above the village of Randa. The hut is the starting point for climbing the Dom, the highest mountain standing entirely in Switzerland.
A visit to the Dom Hut is a unique experience not only for mountaineers but also for alpine hikers. The ascent from Randa leads over the almost 500 metres long "Charles Kuonen" suspension bridge followed by a blue and white alpine hiking trail with ropes, pins and holds (difficulty level T4).
The hut is open in summer from the end of June until mid-September. We're looking forward to your visit,
Salomè Keller, warden of the Dom Hut & team
