Willkommen in der Alpe in Crampiolo. Alpe Devero
Auf unserer Alpe wird mit großer Sorgfalt, durch die landwirtschaftliche Arbeit erzeugen Produkte bei uns Zubereitung und auf dem Hof servieren.. Die traditionellen Gerichte sind unser Ossola-Kultur verwurzelt. Die Zutaten stammen fast vollständig aus unserer Prodkution.. Käse, Butter, Milch, Fleisch, Gemüse, Salami. Küche, die an die Jahreszeiten unseres Territoriums gebunden ist und aus Produkten mit intensivem Geschmack, reich an gastronomischen und ernährungsphysiologischen Qualitäten hergestellt wird.
Neben den Restaurant können Sie auch bei uns übernachten.
