Urs Zimmermann ist der Koch des Hauses. Neben feinen Salaten, klassischen Walliser Spezialitäten und einem renommierten Lammrückenfilet im Kräutermantel, bieten wir Ihnen eine Auswahl an preisgekrönten Cordon-Bleus an – es ist bestimmt für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei.

Im Sommer kommen Sie ausserdem in den Genuss von Salaten und Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten. In unseren wechselnden Monatshits können Sie aus saisonalen Gerichten wählen.

Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erfolgt die Anreise per Zug nach Visp oder Brig. Von dort verkehren regelmässig Postautos nach Brigerbad.

Mit dem Auto bist du in 11 Minuten in Brigerbad beim Restaurant Zur Traube. Parkplätze stehen beim Restaurant zur Verfügung. Mit dem Bus in Richtung Saas-Fee bist du in 17 Minuten in Brigerbad. Steige bei der Haltestelle "Brigerbad Dorf" aus, von da aus musst du noch 2 Minuten zu Fuss gehen.
