Welcoming guests from all over the world at our chalet in the middle of the heart of the old town in Brig gives us great joy everyday. Great traditional food and drinks at a fair price without frills has been our guiding principle at the Restaurant Steakhouse zum Eidgenossen for more than 30 years.
Besides our beloved steaks from the charcoal grill, the Restaurant Steakhouse zum Eidgenossen menu offers a fine selection of the Swiss cuisine. To complement enjoy delicious wines from the regional vineyards.
